How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
How do I export my data?
From your dashboard, go to Reports → Export. You can export invoices, expenses, and client data as CSV or PDF.
Is there a mobile app?
InvoiceStream is a responsive web app that works on all devices. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for late 2026.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
